About Me
Mr. Woods has been active in real estate appraisals since 1986. He has experience appraising vacant land, residential, multi-family and commercial properties. He is experienced in all types of real estate appraisal and holds an SRA Designation with the Appraisal Institute. Working primarily in South Carolina, he has also completed appraisals in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina for clients including various mortgage companies, banks, law firms, and individuals. He is qualified as an expert witness in Circuit Court for South Carolina specializing in residential properties and large tracts of land.
